*1: Two sets of relay board (ARM55D, ARM55W, ARM55T, or ARM55C) and two sets of signal cable (AKB337) are required for one ADV561.
*2: For inductive loads, connect a spark killer (CR network for AC; diode for DC) in parallel with loads.
*3: For DC, 30 V or less is the requirement for the Safety Standard [CSA].
*4: ARM55C does not conform to Safety Standard [CSA].

CS3000系统概述
DCS即Distributed Control System集散型计算机控制系统,又名分布式计算机控制系统,其实质是利用计算机技术对生产过程进行集中监视,操作,管理和分散控制的一种控制技术。
CS3000是日本横河公司研发的DCS系统,以Windows NT 或 Windows 2000
为基本操作系统平台,具有开放性强、用户界面友好、方便与第三方软件通讯的优点。 CS3000系统在不断的发展更新当中,不同的版本使用的硬件、平台、界面都有所不同。
CS3000具有较强的数据处理能力,可以处理100,000tags(工位号)、4,000幅画面(包括各种监控画面),每幅画面上可显示多达400个数据;能用棒图动态显示液/界位的变化;采用颜色、闪烁、声音等手段提醒操作人员发生过程报.警及高低级别;能完成一般生产所需的数据运算、统计要求,并能对生产数据实时打印输出。
一、几个基本概念:
1. HIS
HIS简称操作站,是Human Inter Station的缩写,是CS3000系统的人机接口,它通过VF701卡与各控制站通讯连接。通过以态网与各操作站通讯连接。操作站的操作系统一般为WIN2000,新版本也支持WINXP。每个操作站带有一个操作员键盘,键盘的各个键的功能可以在组态中定义。与一般的PC机一样,它也可以完成WINDOWS系统支持的所有功能。操作站根据功能可以分为两种,一种是一般操作站,是工艺人员监视操作的平台;一种是工程师站,可以进行组态、历史数据保存、OPC通讯等。
2. FCS
FCS是Field Control Station的缩写, 即现场控制站的简称。各种数据运算和数据处理都在FCS中进行。各控制站通过V网进行通讯。无论是V网还是以态网都符合TCP/IP通讯协议。
