1.2 控制机能体系

μXL中负责过程控制的设备是现场控制单元。有如下特点：

Ø 根据不同需要，可提供基本型和扩展型的控制单元；

Ø 采用双重化结构，进一步提高了可靠性；

Ø 增加了控制机能，扩大了应用容量；

Ø 对应于用户的各种操作形态，备有各种I/O插件，增强了应用的灵活性；

Ø 配有实时BASIC语言，增强了与PLC、过程I/O的结合性和运算机能。

现场控制单元的硬件构成：它可安装8块I/O插件，各个插件可以用来实现多种过程控制机能。扩展型的现场控制单元（MFCU或MFCD）可以和I/O扩展单元MEXU相结合，插入BASIC用的I/O插件，扩充控制机能。
